Columbia Basin

The Columbia Basin subset of collections results from four different archaeological projects conducted by Washington State University. These are: the O’Sullivan Dam Project performed by Richard Daugherty in 1947, 1948, and 1950 (Daugherty 1952); the Lower Crab Creek Survey done by Glen S. Greene and Henry T. Irwin in 1972 and 1973 (Greene and Irwin 1973); the Survey of Block 24 done by S. Kent Harkins and Christopher L. Brown in 1975 (Harkins and Brown 1976); and the recording and surface collection of site 45GR161 along the Winchester Wasteway (Holmes undated publication).
